Note: Indiminds only processes End User data on behalf of the Client and does not control the data collected.

  • Referring and exit pages

Data Transfers (GDPR Compliance)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • We comply with the GDPR in all data transfers.
     

  • We act as the Data Processor, while the Client is the Data Controller.
     

Data is stored in secure, compliant environments with appropriate safeguards.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.
